OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to lead long-term strategies across multiple sites, ensuring data quality, CAFM governance, and ISO 55001 aligned practices.

You will work with operations, IT and finance to develop lifecycle models, maintenance plans and 10-year cost projections while supporting mobilisations and asset onboarding. Travel ~20% across the UK is required.

Formación

• Experience in asset management, lifecycle management and change management.
• Knowledge of ISO 55001 and maintenance management methodologies.
• Strong CAFM/CMMS systems experience and asset information handling.
• Proficient data analysis skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to develop lifecycle asset models and capital investment forecasts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across operations, IT, procurement and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Optimise asset and maintenance management aligned to ISO 55001 across portfolios.
• Support policies, procedures and critical asset documentation with account teams.
• Own asset data, CAFM systems and reporting tools for benchmarking.
• Lead asset onboarding, mobilisation and maintenance regime development.
• Collaborate with engineering operations and IT to drive asset management transformation.
• Analyse data to identify performance and data-quality issues for site teams.
• Monitor asset management plans and develop cost projections and investment forecasts.
• Contribute to lifecycle models and replacement/refurbishment planning.
