Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Asset Operations Coordinator – Data & Surveys to coordinate asset survey and data collection across the portfolio. You will link clients, contractors, and internal data teams to scope, coordinate and deliver surveys to a high standard.

Working with the Data Lead and Asset & Lifecycle Manager, you will support survey coordination, contractor management, client engagement, and asset data processes, using Excel and Power BI as reference tools to validate and prepare

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Excel for data handling and review.
• Strong attention to detail with data quality focus.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple activities.
• Strong communication to engage clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Ability to translate requirements into coordinated actions.
• Experience in facilities management, engineering, or asset environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to confirm scope of works and quotes.
• Coordinate contractor site visits and manage logistics.
• Plan and execute asset surveys and data collection.
• Support validation and QA of asset data with the Data Lead.
• Prepare data for asset registers and Facilities Management Reports (FMRs).
• Contribute to cross-team improvements in processes and data quality.
