Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to Asset Management and Compliance teams.
• Coordinate and monitor Stock Condition Surveys and EPC surveys.
• Maintain property, compliance, and asset management records and databases.
• Respond to enquiries from tenants, leaseholders, contractors, and colleagues.
• Assist in preparing reports, performance data, meeting documentation, and correspondence.
• Take minutes at meetings and distribute actions.
• Support housing analysts with data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Facilitate user access to asset management systems and provide basic training.
• Liaise with contractors and surveyors to keep property data up to date.
• Monitor asset management programmes, repairs projects, and compliance activities.
• Assist in administration of planned maintenance and capital investment programmes.
• Support the management of housing compliance records, including health and safety documentation.
• Ensure all information is maintained in accordance with data protection rules.
• Develop positive working relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and internal departments.
