Job summary

ISS is seeking an organised, detail-focused professional to manage survey workflows, maintain high-quality data standards and support decision-making through reporting and governance. The role supports compliance, asset performance and lifecycle management through strong coordination and data practices.

Key responsibilities include coordinating surveys, managing workflows, validating data, reviewing findings, and producing management information to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling surveyors, engineers or other technical teams.
• Experience appointment management and programme coordination.
• Strong telephone communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using CAFM, IWMS or asset management systems, with Maximo desirable.
• Excellent administration, organisation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and tracking of surveys against programmes and priorities.
• Manage survey workflows from commissioning to completion with accurate records.
• Maintain and validate survey data for accuracy and asset alignment.
• Review findings, categorise actions and progress them.
• Produce performance reports and management information for compliance.
