Job summary

The Department for Work & Pensions is seeking Asset Surveyors to cover Yorkshire & the Humber, Midlands and East Anglia. You will support lifecycle planning for a portfolio of 100+ sites, delivering the LCW strategy and maintaining asset condition data.

You will travel extensively across regions, reviewing reactive works orders and aligning with ISO 55001 to optimise the asset portfolio for employees and customers while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the Life Cycle Works (LCW) strategy across 100+ sites.
• Maintenance of asset condition data for lifecycle planning.
• Provide technical support to operations and projects delivery teams.
• Management of technical review of reactive and remedial works orders.
• Support to align with ISO 55001 for asset portfolio optimisation and compliance.
