Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across assessment centres including assessments, administration, customer service, facilities and health & safety.
• Monitor performance against contractual target levels, audits and turnaround times; promote continuous improvement.
• Recruit, train and develop Health Professionals; support growth with development plans and appraisals.
• Ensure CGQSF governance, sign-off processes and regional data accuracy.
• Manage estates, facilities, IT infrastructure, security systems and site compliance.
• Champion employee engagement; partner with HR to lead wellbeing, attendance and performance management.
• Analyse data, produce reports and communicate metrics to identify service improvements.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns to maintain high service standards.
• Identify efficiencies, reduce costs and implement process improvements.
