Job summary

London Business School is seeking an Assessment Administrator to support assessment and exam management within the Degree Education and Career Centre. You will coordinate exam activity from preparation through grade release, and work with the Assessment Manager to ensure smooth processes.

The role requires strong communication, IT literacy, and data accuracy. It operates on a hybrid model with three days on campus per week and core hours to maximise collaboration.

The Role

Become an Assessment Administrator in our world-renowned Degree Education and Career Centre. Assist with assessment and exam management within your specified area. Communicate with our faculty on assessment deadlines. Coordinate exam-related activity from preparation through to grade release. Work closely with our Assessment Manager to ensure the examination process runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
  • High-quality support service provided to all stakeholders.
  • Production of high-quality materials.
  • Up-to-date diary management.
  • Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, requests and issues.
  • Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems.
  • Development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from colleagues.
  • Positive feedback from project managers.
  • Compliance with processes, procedures and standards.
  • Accuracy of financiaI records.
  • Contributions to process reviews and operational improvements
