London Business School is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to shape how colleagues connect with the organisation—planning and delivering digital and internal communications that inform, inspire and drive engagement across a global community. You’ll create high-quality content across channels, lead intranet development, and use insights to continuously improve how messages land.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering creative communications campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and deriving audience insight.

You create digital content that connects colleagues and drives engagement

The Role

At London Business School, you’ll shape how colleagues connect with the organisation—planning and delivering digital and internal communications that inform, inspire and drive engagement across a global community.

You’ll create high-quality content across multiple channels, lead intranet development, and use insight to continuously improve how messages land. With strong writing skills, digital expertise and a proactive mindset, you’ll help bring to life the School’s purpose—having a profound impact on the way the world does business and how business impacts the world.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivery of high-quality service in own area of specialism.
  • Production of high-quality content.
  • Projects/campaigns delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards and targets.
  • Production of high-quality reports, with the identification of trends and issues.
  • Identification of technological and process improvements in own area.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Understanding of digital communication channels and basic internal communication principles.
  • Strong, writing, proof-reading and editing skills
  • Experience of planning and delivering engaging communication events
  • Proven experience in video production and editing
  • Ability to plan, create and curate content across digital, social and traditional channels
  • Proven experience of designing and delivering creative and compelling communications campaign
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Confident using digital tools and templates to create and publish content.
  • Basic design capability (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint).
  • Significant experience of managing multiple stakeholder groups and development of audience insight to inform communications strategy

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.

We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
