London Business School is seeking a collaborative Programme Administrator to join the Degree Education team on a permanent basis. You will support the MBA Programme delivery, assist Programme Delivery Managers and Student Experience Team, and ensure a high level of customer service to students and staff.
The role requires some out-of-hours work, and you will help coordinate orientation events, materials, and logistics for c.500 new students, contributing to a world-class student experience.

London Business School are excited to be hiring for a collaborative Programme Administrator to join Degree Education on a permanent basis. You will contribute to a high-quality and rigorous experience for our students and to help deliver a high-quality degree programme by providing accurate, reliable, timely, responsiveand innovative service. The Programme Administrator will ensure all students and colleagues in the School receive a consistently high level of customer service.
You will be working directly as part of the MBA Programme Team, supporting delivery of the MBA Programme, assisting the Programme Delivery Managers, Student Experience Team, Senior Managers and Programme Director. Student relationships are key in this role, and you’ll meet a hugely diverse student body from many different backgrounds and countries.
Due to the nature of our programmes, the role requires some out of hours working in evenings and weekends. Time off in lieu is given for these hours.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 3 times per week.

Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
