Job summary

Kingdom Search seeks a Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a £70m school development in Hounslow, West London. The role is long-term through to 2028, with an immediate start possible from next week.

You will assist with internal fit-out, manage safety and compliance, and support the site team on snagging and quality control.

Requirements include SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, NVQ Level 6 / Black Card progress, and prior live-site ASM experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card.
• Currently working towards NVQ Level 6 / Black Card as Site Manager.
• Previous Assistant Site Manager or similar on live construction site.
• Experience with health and safety compliance and snagging.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal fit-out works on site.
• Support site management with safety, documentation, checks.
• Monitor safety compliance and raise issues with contractors.
• Carry out detailed snagging and ensure quality workmanship.
