Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a six-week contract on a completed residential development in High Wycombe.

You will take over from an existing manager, overseeing remedial and defect works, coordinating trades, and ensuring all remaining works are closed out efficiently within the six-week programme.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS required.
• CSCS card required.
• First Aid certificate desired.
• Previous Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager experience.
• Strong finishing and quality-control experience.
• Available to start Monday and commit to the full six-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors carrying out remedial works
• Inspecting completed work and maintaining high-quality standards
• Working through snagging and defect lists
• Monitoring health and safety across the site
• Providing regular progress updates to the project team
• Ensuring outstanding works are completed within the six-week programme
