Job summary

Foray Motor Group is hiring an Apprentice Service Advisor at Hine Motors, Shaftesbury, a full-time apprenticeship role. You will work 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an initial 12-month apprenticeship through Calex and a Customer Service Level 2 qualification.

You will gain hands-on experience in handling guest queries, bookings, CRM usage, and service desk support while developing communication and organisational skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across face-to-face and telephone interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general IT literacy.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Strong telephone and customer handling skills.
• Fast learner with good information retention.
• Positive attitude and sense of humour.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Up-selling related and promotional offers.
• Answer incoming customer calls and handle queries.
• Make bookings on our bespoke CRM system.
• Meet and greet guests at the dealership.
• Create job cards for service requests.
• Keep guests informed about vehicle status.
• Support daily running of the service desk.
