Boston Tea Party is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead one of our kitchens in Bath. This daytime role focuses on great food and steady leadership, with scope to grow into a kitchen of your own.

You'll work with the Kitchen Manager to run services, develop the team and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. If you care about quality and people, this is your next step in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership or sous-chef role.
• Strong food safety and kitchen standards.
• Ambition to become a Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead services and keep the kitchen moving during busy periods.
• Cook with the team to ensure high-quality plating.
• Coach and develop chefs around you.
• Step in for the Kitchen Manager when needed.
• Learn stock, ordering, labour and waste management.
• Welcome and train new Good Eggs into the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the cafe team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Build skills to lead your own kitchen one day.
