Whitbread Bath Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to manage the kitchen day to day, including rotas, orders, and busy service leadership. The role offers hands-on leadership with potential progression toward Head Chef as you develop your skills within the UK’s leading hospitality group.

You will own food ordering, maintain costs, and ensure hygiene and health standards are met while training and guiding the team through busy services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Ability to manage rotas and ordering
• Strong focus on food quality, hygiene and safety

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control, and keep food costs on track
• Lead during service, organize the team and manage workload
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met and records kept
• Step in to run shifts and help new members settle in
• Learn kitchen management to progress to senior roles
