Job summary

Premier Inn Boston is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive daily kitchen operations. You will own ordering, stock control, and cost management while leading a team through busy services and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and progress toward more senior roles in the Whitbread hospitality group, with a clear career path and ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage rotas, ordering, and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and keeping food costs on track for the entire hotel.
• Take the lead during service – organising the team, managing workflow, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to spec – from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen records are maintained and up to date.
• Step up during shifts and help new team members settle in.
