Job summary

Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT) is offering an Apprenticeship Level 3 in ICT to help maintain the digital infrastructure for staff and students. The apprentice will install, configure and support hardware and software while learning best practices from experienced technicians.

You will gain hands-on experience in student and staff ICT support, system backups, and safeguarding in a classroom environment, with opportunities for progression within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Communication skills, IT skills and organisational abilities are essential.
• Attention to detail and problem solving will help maintain ICT systems in a school setting.
• DBS check will be required as part of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair computer hardware and software under guidance.
• Provide first-line ICT support to staff and students.
• Maintain system security and backups, and follow user protocols.
