Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Assisting General Manager to support the Operations Manager/General Manager in running a high-performing store and to develop the leadership skills needed to become a future General Manager.

You will lead from the front on shift, coach the team in real time, and uphold the highest hospitality standards while gaining hands-on exposure to people leadership, rhythm, and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own every drink leaving the store and keep the space immaculate.
• Lead from the front on shift and coach the team in real time.

• Balance labour and demand to design effective shifts.
• Drive inventory discipline and waste reduction through daily habits.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical fixes.
