Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Leader to own the guest experience and lead a high-volume store team. You’ll coach, train, and recruit, while maintaining exceptional beverage quality and store standards.

You’ll drive P&L decisions, balance labour with demand, and roll out new initiatives across your store(s). A hands-on leader who loves coffee and delivering genuine moments of connection will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading operations in high-growth hospitality brands.
• Experienced hospitality manager with a background in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to build, train, and lead a team from the ground up.
• Strong P&L understanding, from labour planning to inventory management.
• Hands-on and highly action-oriented.
• Genuine passion for coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences.
