Job summary

Blank Street is seeking an ambitious AGM-in-training to support the General Manager in running a busy store. You will lead shifts, coach the team in real time, and help turn the store into a benchmark of retail hospitality while learning to manage people, operations and commercial decisions.

You’ll develop through hands-on exposure to floor leadership, process discipline and guest service excellence, with coaching from your OM/GM and a clear path to future General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in high-volume stores.
• Strong standards mindset with clear, kind feedback.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure, and bring others into the “flow state”.

Responsibilities

• Own every drink that leaves the store and ensure consistent quality.
• Lead from the front on shift, coaching the team in real time.
• Balance labour productivity with demand and support inventory discipline.
• Spot inefficiencies and propose practical fixes to improve shift performance.
