Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an ambitious AGM to support the Operations Manager/General Manager in running a high-performing store in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.

You’ll lead shifts, coach teams, and embody hospitality excellence while developing the skills needed to become a future General Manager. You will own the floor, drive standards, manage labour and inventory on shift, and participate in hiring and training.

Formación

• Experience leading shifts in high-volume stores.
• Strong standards mindset with ability to give clear feedback.
• Calm, organized under pressure with ability to bring others into flow state.

Responsabilidades

• Own every drink leaving the store and drive consistency.
• Lead from the front on shift and coach the team in real time.
• Support training and recruitment activities with your OM/GM.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and nurture emerging leaders.
• Balance labour, pace shifts, and manage daily operational rhythm.
• Foster a positive, engaged team culture with strong communication.
