Responsibilities

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support to children with SEN.
• Observe and identify barriers to learning, behaviour, communication and emotional development.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, confidence, resilience and social skills.
• Work with teachers, SENCOs and professionals to monitor pupil progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and create an inclusive learning environment.
