Academics is recruiting a Psychology graduate to join a Worthing SEN school as an Aspiring Educational Psychologist/SEN LSA. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping with learning, emotion regulation, and life skills. This role suits graduates aiming for Educational Psychology or related fields.

The position offers on-site work, training, and development opportunities with a PAYE arrangement and a 08:30–15:30 timetable, Monday to Friday, term time only.
