Job summary

Academics in Chippenham is seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to support pupils with SEN. You will provide 1-1 and small group mentoring, helping children overcome barriers to learning and supporting communication and social skills.

This role offers hands-on school-based experience, with September 2026 start and a daily rate of £85-£110 depending on experience. Full or part-time placements available, paid weekly via PAYE, in Wiltshire.

• Degree in psychology or related subject.

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.

A welcoming school based in Wiltshire - Chippenham, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Aspiring Educational Psychologist. As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist, you'll work closely with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Speech and Language difficulties, and other additional learning needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The role

As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist, you will:

• Provide 1-1 and small group mentoring support with children with SEN needs
