Academics is seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist/SEN TA for a specialist school in Esher. You'll support children aged 7-17 with SEMH, MLD, and autism across small groups and 1:1 settings.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30, term-time only, paid PAYE. On-site training and CPD are provided; you must have the right to work in the UK to apply, with DBS checks where appropriate.

This specialist primary and secondary school in Esher is looking for compassionate and dedicated Aspiring Educational Psychologist/Special Needs Teaching Assistant's (SEN TA) to join the team. The school supports children and young people aged 7-17 (Years 3-12) who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and/or Autism Spectrum conditions. These pupils may have experienced disrupted education, school refusal, anxiety or exclusion, find mainstream setting overwhelming, need small groups, high adult consistency and trusted relationships to succeed.
Candidates registering with Academics will need to have or apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check where appropriate
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
