Rosewood London is looking for a motivated Commis Chef to support our busy kitchen, preparing mise-en-place, maintaining high quality and portion control, and keeping the workspace clean, organised and safe.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop culinary knowledge and practical skills while contributing to the wider hotel operation, working with passionate chefs across our kitchens in a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare mise-en-place and ingredients to ensure the kitchen is ready for each service.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and help deliver a smooth and efficient service.
• Follow quality and portion-control standards to ensure high food preparation quality.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organised working environment and handle equipment and utensils properly.
• Adhere to food storage, rotation and labeling procedures, reporting wastage or spoilage.
• Collaborate across kitchen areas and prioritise guest satisfaction.
