Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Commis Waiter to join our Food and Beverage team in London. You will deliver warm, genuine service and support both Front and Back of House operations, contributing to efficient and memorable dining experiences.

You will receive ongoing training to deepen knowledge of our menus, service standards, and Rosewood’s F&B offering, while working with a collaborative team across restaurant and kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain service stations, keeping cutlery, linen and items ready.
• Assist in delivering food and beverages to restaurant stations during service.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and restaurant SOPs; keep areas clean and stocked.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly, escalating to colleagues when needed.
• Participate in briefings, training and daily checks with the team.
