Rosewood Hotel Group is hiring a Commis Chef to join The Chancery Rosewood kitchen. You will support the senior culinary team, follow recipes and specs, and contribute to delivering the highest standards of food quality and presentation in a busy, dynamic kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and technical sheets accurately.
• Maintain HACCP, hygiene and safe working practices in a professional kitchen.
• Develop knowledge of menu allergens and ingredients to ensure guest safety.
• Positive team player who communicates with colleagues and accepts feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver dishes in line with recipes and technical sheets, ensuring high quality and presentation.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily tasks to keep the section running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Inspect ingredient deliveries for quality and quantity to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate across the kitchen and with the wider team to deliver exceptional service.
