Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Commis Waiter to support our Food and Beverage team, delivering warm, attentive service across front and back of house. You will help prepare stations, run food and beverages, and uphold standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will join a collaborative team and receive training to learn our menus, layouts and service standards while contributing to smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and follow service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain service stations, ensuring cutlery, china, linen and other service items are clean and ready.
• Run food and beverages to restaurant stations to support smooth service.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep Front and Back of House areas clean, stocked and organized during shifts.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and seek help when needed.
• Participate in service briefings, training and daily checks.
