Toppesfield Limited is expanding its Site Operations team and seeks experienced Machine Lay Surfacing Gangs and Asphalt Operatives to work across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Berkshire on highways, aviation, and infrastructure projects.

As part of a skilled crew, you will deliver asphalt surfacing safely and to a high standard, with opportunities for progression, competitive salary, and a range of employee benefits designed to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card.
• Relevant plant operator tickets.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Proven experience in asphalt surfacing.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Delivering machine and hand lay surfacing across a variety of projects.
• Laying, levelling and compacting asphalt materials.
• Operating paving and compacting equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Working to daily programmes and production targets.
• Following Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) procedures.
