Toppesfield Limited is seeking experienced Machine Lay Surfacing Gangs and Asphalt Operatives to join our Site Operations team. You will deliver machine and hand lay surfacing across a variety of projects, laying, levelling and compacting asphalt to high workmanship and safety standards.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card, relevant plant operator tickets, a full UK driving licence (preferred) and proven experience in asphalt surfacing.

Formación

• CSCS card is required.
• Plant operator tickets are required.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Proven experience in asphalt surfacing.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lay, level and compact asphalt materials.
• Operate paving and compacting equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain high workmanship and quality standards.
• Work to daily programmes and production targets.
• Follow SHEQ procedures.
