Toppesfield is seeking experienced Machine Lay Surfacing Gangs and Asphalt Operatives for our Site Operations team in Derby. You will deliver high-quality asphalt surfacing across highways, aviation, commercial, and infrastructure projects, working with a Foreman, Plant Operators and Asphalt Operatives to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Ideal candidates have a CSCS card, plant operator tickets, a full UK driving licence (preferred), and proven asphalt surfacing experience.

Qualificações

• Valid CSCS card.
• Relevant plant operator tickets.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Proven experience in asphalt surfacing.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver machine and hand lay surfacing across projects.
• Lay, level and compact asphalt materials.
• Operate paving and compaction equipment safely.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Work to daily programmes and production targets.
• Follow SHEQ procedures.
