Toppesfield Limited is seeking experienced Machine Lay Surfacing Gangs and Asphalt Operatives to join our Site Operations team in Bristol. You will deliver asphalt surfacing works safely and efficiently across highways, aviation, commercial and major infrastructure projects.

As part of a skilled team, you will work with a Foreman, Plant Operators and Asphalt Operatives to meet high standards of workmanship and project targets, within a collaborative, people-first culture that values development

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering machine and hand lay surfacing across projects.
• Laying, levelling and compacting asphalt materials.
• Operating paving and compaction equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintaining high workmanship and quality.
• Following daily programmes and production targets.
