Job summary
Toppesfield Limited in Derby invites applications from experienced Machine Lay Surfacing Gangs and Asphalt Operatives to deliver high-quality asphalt works for a range of projects across highways, aviation, commercial, and major infrastructure. You will work as part of a skilled crew, contributing to safe, efficient, and precise surfacing on site.

Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card.
- Relevant plant operator tickets.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Proven experience in asphalt surfacing.
- Strong health and safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Delivering machine and hand lay surfacing across a variety of projects.
- Laying, levelling and compacting asphalt materials.
- Operating paving and compacting equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Working to daily programmes and production targets.
- Following Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) procedures.
