Job summary

Toppesfield is seeking experienced Machine Lay Surfacing Gangs and Asphalt Operatives to join our Site Operations teams across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Berkshire. You will deliver machine and hand lay surfacing, lay and compact asphalt, and operate paving equipment to a high standard.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid CSCS card, plant operator tickets, a full UK driving licence (preferred) and proven experience in asphalt surfacing, with a strong focus on safety and

Qualifications

Valid CSCS card is required.
Proven experience in asphalt surfacing or related field.
Strong health and safety awareness.
Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Delivering machine and hand lay surfacing across projects.
Laying, leveling and compacting asphalt materials.
Operating paving and compacting equipment safely and effectively.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
Working to daily programmes and production targets.
Following SHEQ procedures.
