Job summary

Lucion Group is seeking an experienced asbestos surveyor for field-based work around Market Harborough and Leicestershire. You will carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, travel to client sites, and produce high-quality NexGen reports.

You will hold BOHS P402 or an equivalent qualification, operate within HSG264 guidelines, and hold a UK driving licence. DBS check required; diverse travel and flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Hold BOHS P402, an RSPH equivalent qualification, or a Certificate of Competence.
• Be proficient with HSG264 (The Survey Guide) and UK asbestos regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition).
• Travel across Market Harborough, Leicestershire and surrounding areas to client sites.
• Collect accurate site data using a phablet, producing high-quality reports in NexGen.
• Maintain compliance with asbestos legislation and guidance (HSG264, HSE).
• Provide clear, professional advice and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
