Future Select Recruitment in Leeds, West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Consultant to join the team. You will conduct complex asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across commercial and industrial sites in the North and along the M62 corridor.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an Asbestos Surveyor/Consultant.
• Qualified with BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent (as a minimum).
• Excellent technical knowledge including HSG 264 guidelines.
• Flexibile to travel in line with company needs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting complex asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Re-inspection surveys.
• Specialising in commercial and industrial contracts.
• Collecting ACM samples and storing correctly.
• Delivering samples to the lab.
• Producing thorough technical survey reports and schematic drawings.
• Providing regular updates and technical advice to clients.
• Adhering to set targets and deadlines.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients.

Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to join their outfit. They are seeking someone with strong commercial and industrial experience who is well-versed in conducting complex surveys. Our client is UKAS accredited and privately owned, and able to offer excellent work / life balance and professional development plans. They are seeking someone who can work independently on site, to cover commercial and industrial sites in the North and along the M62 corridor. Experience / Qualifications
