Job summary

Future Select is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to service a growing portfolio of commercial and domestic contracts. The role is based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, with work across a wide network of sites.

Applicants must be fully signed off for all asbestos surveys, air testing and clearances, and hold BOHS P402/P403/P404 or RSPH equivalents, with strong knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
• Time served within a UKAS accredited outfit.
• Holds BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents.
• Excellent technical knowledge, including HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.
• Experience working across a diverse range of sites.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Re-inspection surveys.
• Collecting ACM samples and fibre counting.
• Performing 4 stage clearances.
• Full air monitoring, including: personal, smoke, leak, background and reassurance.
• Working closely with removals teams to ensure works are completed within compliance guidelines.
• Producing thorough technical reports and schematic drawings.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, answering technical and logistical queries.
