Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property seeks an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team across the Yorkshire region. You will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to clients.

Key requirements include BOHS P402 or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and a proven track record in asbestos surveying. We offer a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
• Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.

ROLE: Asbestos Surveyor

LOCATION: Yorkshire region

CONTRACT: Full Time

SALARY £32,000 - £40,000 base salary, exclusive of weekend working (OTE including weekends: £46,000)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our team across the Yorkshire region.

In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, while delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
• Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
