Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for Bristol and the wider South West region. The role is a true dual position across surveying and analytical duties in commercial, domestic, and public sector sites. A strong benefits package and long-term stability are offered.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
• Perform air monitoring including 4-stage clearance and reoccupation certification.
• Conduct bulk sampling and ensure procedures are followed.
• Produce accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248.
• Manage workload across multiple sites and liaise with clients and teams.
• Maintain high health and safety and quality standards.

A well:established UKAS:accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Bristol and the wider South West region. The Role

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (R and D) asbestos surveys
• Undertaking air monitoring, including 4:stage clearances and reoccupation certification
• Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures
• Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248
• Managing workload across multiple sites
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
