Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance.
• Professional, organised and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys.
• Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification.
• Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248.
• Managing workload effectively across multiple sites.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control.
