Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications are essential.
• Previous experience as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst or dual role is required.
• Solid understanding of HSG264, HSG248 and current asbestos legislation.
• Experience in a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Undertaking air monitoring, including four-stage clearances and reoccupation certification.
• Carrying out reassurance, leak, background, and personal air testing where required.
• Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports in accordance with HSG264 and HSG248.
• Working across commercial, domestic, and public sector properties.
• Managing your workload efficiently across multiple sites.
• Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance.

About You
