Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Dual-Qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to perform management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across UK hubs including Leeds, Stevenage, Manchester, Newcastle and London.

The role requires BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents) and a Full UK Driving Licence. Active CTC/SC clearance is advantageous and the successful candidate will use advanced reporting tools on site.

Salary & Package: £38,000 - £48,000+ | Regional: £32,000 - £42,000+ (Base salary dependent on experience & clearance) + Van / Car Allowance + Paid Expenses

• Base Salary: Generous tiered salary structure based on location, experience, and security clearance level.
• London & Home Counties: £38,000 - £48,000+

About You

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
