Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a Dual-Qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover UK-wide locations including Manchester, Leeds, and London. The role focuses on management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys with advanced reporting tools to streamline on-site data capture.

You will work across major estates, including universities and nuclear facilities, with opportunities for fast-track security clearance and CPD. A full UK driving license is required and on-site reporting is expected.

Job Title: Dual-Qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (P402, P403, P404)

Locations: UK-Wide Leeds, Stevenage, Manchester, Newcastle, London

Salary & Package: £38,000 - £48,000+ | Regional: £32,000 - £42,000+ (Base salary dependent on experience & clearance) + Van / Car Allowance + Paid Expenses

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

• Base Salary: Generous tiered salary structure based on location, experience, and security clearance level.
• London & Home Counties: £38,000 - £48,000+
• Regional Hubs: £32,000 - £42,000+

About You

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• A tech-forward mindset and a desire to work with smarter, quicker reporting tools.
