Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to service commercial and domestic contracts from Doncaster. You will conduct asbestos surveys, collect samples, and produce clear, thorough reports for clients.

BOHS P402/P403/P404 or RSPH equivalents and UKAS accredited survey experience are required, with strong knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248. The role offers training, competitive salary and opportunities for professional progression.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Perform re-inspection surveys
• Collect ACM samples and fibre counting
• Perform 4 stage clearances
• Full air monitoring including personal, smoke, leak, background and reassurance
• Coordinate with removal teams to maintain compliance
• Produce thorough technical reports and schematic drawings
• Act as the client’s technical and logistical contact

Experience / Qualifications:

• Track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Time served within a UKAS accredited outfit
• Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents
• Excellent technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
• Experience working across a diverse range of sites
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
