Job summary

Future Select is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to service a mix of commercial and domestic contracts. You must be fully signed off for all asbestos surveys, air testing and clearances, and able to hit the ground running across multiple Doncaster-area sites.

The role requires BOHS P402/403/404 or RSPH equivalents and experience with HSG 264/248 guidelines, plus familiarity with UKAS-accredited environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as an asbestos surveyor/analyst
• Time served with a UKAS accredited outfit
• Hold BOHS P402/P403/P404 or RSPH equivalents
• Knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
• Experience across diverse sites
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Collect ACM samples and fibre counting
• Perform 4 stage clearances
• Full air monitoring (personal, smoke, leak, background, reassurance)
• Coordinate with removals teams to ensure compliance
• Produce thorough technical reports and drawings
• Act as client contact for technical and logistical queries

Experience / Qualifications:

• Track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Time served within a UKAS accredited outfit
• Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents
• Excellent technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
• Experience working across a diverse range of sites
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
