Job summary

A leading asbestos management company is seeking high-caliber asbestos surveyors and analysts in Warrington. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience and relevant certifications such as BOHS P402. Responsibilities include conducting management and refurbishment surveys and ensuring site compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Responsibilities

Job description

Minimum requirements for this role:

• Must possess the BOHS P402 and (or) P403 & P404 (or) RSPH equivalent
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying, air-monitoring.
• Will be an all-rounder, with good communication skills, both written and verbal and a can-do attitude to work.
• Must be well-versed with the Health & Safety in relation to asbestos.
• Must have good client-facing skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have good work ethic
• Ability to work flexibly with different shift patterns and working away when necessary.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing (analysts & dual role only)
• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
• Ensuring contractors on site are complying with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.
• Submitting comprehensive reports as and when required.Building and maintaining good relationship with clients.
