A leading asbestos management company is seeking high-caliber asbestos surveyors and analysts in Warrington. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience and relevant certifications such as BOHS P402. Responsibilities include conducting management and refurbishment surveys and ensuring site compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Responsabilités

Minimum requirements for this role:

• Must possess the BOHS P402 and (or) P403 & P404 (or) RSPH equivalent
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying, air-monitoring.
• Will be an all-rounder, with good communication skills, both written and verbal and a can-do attitude to work.
• Must be well-versed with the Health & Safety in relation to asbestos.
• Must have good client-facing skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have good work ethic
• Ability to work flexibly with different shift patterns and working away when necessary.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing (analysts & dual role only)
• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
• Ensuring contractors on site are complying with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.
• Submitting comprehensive reports as and when required.Building and maintaining good relationship with clients.

Job Type: 40 hours per week

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 including benefits and company vehicle dependent on qualifications and experience
