Job summary

Future Select is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to cover Hucknall and surrounding East Midlands areas. You will conduct demolition, management, and refurbishment asbestos surveys for domestic sites and interact directly with clients to explain findings.

The role requires BOHS P402 or equivalent, strong industry experience, and a professional, safety-conscious approach. Training and benefits are provided, with opportunities across a growing asbestos recruitment team.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven asbestos industry experience.
• Professional manner and good client interaction.
• Experience on domestic client sites.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the full range of demolition, management, and refurbishment asbestos surveys.
• Hit targets and meet deadlines.
• Explain findings directly with clients.
• Perform re-inspection surveys.
• Collect ACM samples from site.

Salary / Benefits

£30k - £42k DOE + Training & Benefits

Key Requirements

• Qualified with the BOHS P402 or equivalent
• Strong working history within the asbestos industry
• Professional manner
• Working on domestic client sites
• Sound literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
• Proven technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
