Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor for roles covering Coventry and surrounding areas. The position requires delivering thorough asbestos surveys in line with HSG 264 and working independently on-site.

You should hold BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3, be experienced in UKAS environments, and demonstrate strong communication and IT skills. A vehicle and benefits are included, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited company.
• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying.
• Fully conversant in HSG 264 guidelines.
• Confident working independently on site.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys.
• Collecting ACM samples from site.
• Delivering samples to the lab for analysis.
• Collating findings to produce detailed technical reports.
• Providing direct advice to clients and answering technical queries.
• Adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
• Keeping up-to-date with any legislation changes.
