The role involves carrying out Management and R&D asbestos surveys, bulk sampling, and producing compliant reports across diverse properties, with ample opportunity for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification is essential.
• Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation.
• Experience surveying commercial and public sector properties.
• Confident working independently in a field-based position.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Professional, organized, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Conduct bulk asbestos sampling across a range of property types.
• Produce clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports.
• Work across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties.
• Manage your own diary and field-based workload effectively.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and site representatives.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and survey documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance.
