The Role
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264
Conducting bulk sampling across a variety of commercial and public sector properties
Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports
Surveying commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites throughout the M3 Corridor
Managing workload independently with support from an established operations team
Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
About You
BOHS P402 (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred
Full UK driving licence
Professional, organised, and reliable
